The Game <Number Slap: Mobile Arcade>

The Break Down

Your account is handled in a way that attempts to completely protect your privacy by not even needing any risky data in the first place. We’ll ask you to create a name that is unique and nothing like anything you have before to contribute to the uniqueness of the game’s creativity and user-creativity-spectrum; while also giving third parties that are verified and legally authorized to operate as well as being the most secure and stable operators of said data.

The Compromise

  • Interactions

Interactions are handled by protected and sometimes private layers in which we may not be able to see unless you want us too. Each way has it’s implications in which you are encouraged to use sheer discretion and wisdom in interactions and privacy preferences. Your device locally holds all your interaction and communication data as well as the person/group in which you have interacted/communicated with. We do not hold the authority to audit your device for any data without your express consent. We do no port your communication data on our premium account service and your numerical data is mostly encrypted. If you sync communication data; those communications may be subject to our communication guidelines.

  • Quarrels

Quarrels if reported will be immediately snapped and uploaded to the quarrel resolution url in which if a person reports your content you would temporarily lose access to said content as it’s investigated.

  • Loss of Loved One or Account Holder

In the event that you lose a loved one; Our office only ask for an official death certificate and letter from certificate holder as well as proof of relationship to deceased. In this event we will transfer all account access to said persons as new account owner as “Authorized Operator” of the deceased user.

  • Authorized Operator Appeals

In the event that a death certificate may be fake or misrepresented by a person who was not actually related to said persons. One can reauthorize a new Ownership Operative Appeals by first appealing the Authorized Account Holder first directly then through the official reproofing dialogue. The reproofing dialogue will ask for your evidence of appeal for a consensus committee of peer nodes to evaluate and then send to a central node for final processing and evaluation. After decision you will either be granted Account Ownership with the offending account/s receiving 3 strikes against their account equating to suspension and/or ban status pending decision or Rejected Account Ownership and given 1 strike against your account.

The Risky Data

The only risky data that may pass through our app is direct financial data handled by Google Play and/or Apple Itunes Store. We will mitigate an invisible layer by allowing only direct financial interactions with the financial institutions which will grow over time. For the meantime our financial data handlers will be strictly Google and Apple. We are in the works of endorsements through other providers; however, no financial or sensitive data is or ever will be required for ANY of our endorsements.

Your Account

Your account is an array of numbers and basic data that follows your device and can port to a premium cloud account by us or one of our cloud account distributors. All standard accounts are dealt with by device explicitly whereas the device is the node holding the account/s that holds the data including etv-(elapsed-time-value), experience, sccn market trade data, wallets, digital assets, and more. Your account is entirely your responsibility even if you use our premium cloud account as to we’ll store your data on our servers; however, our premium service still relies on distributed ledger styled technology to meaningfully operate. Purchases and/or trade assets are handled through third-parties (Google Play, Apple Itunes, ReadyDetroit, and a host of other data/sccn-market providers.)

Your data & Saves

We do not collect any sensitive data in your save/load files. All of the data stored about your activity within the game is pertaining to the stat-levels, levels, and aggregate numerical data up to and including game financial data. All data is handled locally through a centralized distributed ledger, synchronized, and authenticated from central nodes and verified through locally verified nodes.

Account Deletion or Removal

You can easily delete your account by wiping the Number Slap app data on your phone and then syncing the data. It will effectively clean out the account and within a weeks time the account id’s will be purged of empties and reindexed in that quadrant effectively cleaning the memory of said account.
